Privacy Policy

Account information you provide: name, email, and carrier identifiers (MC/DOT/CDL numbers).

Business records you enter: loads, fuel stops, IFTA mileage, expenses, inspections, scale tickets, repairs, and equipment details (VINs, plates, odometer).

Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

Technical data: basic logs and device information needed to operate and secure the service.

To provide the service — store your records, calculate IFTA and P&L, generate PDFs, and keep you compliant-ready.

To process subscriptions and send account email (receipts, trial reminders, and an optional weekly digest you can turn off).

To secure, debug, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with vendors who help us run Load Cabin, under their own security and privacy terms:

Supabase (database + authentication) · Stripe (payments) · Resend (email delivery) · Vercel (hosting) · Google (optional sign-in).

Each account’s data is isolated — other users cannot access your records.

You can export your records as PDFs at any time, unsubscribe from non-essential email with one click, and request deletion of your account and data by emailing us.

We retain your records while your account is active and as needed for legal/tax recordkeeping (trucking records are often kept multiple years). Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted by row-level security so each account sees only its own data.

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and the service working. We don’t use third-party advertising trackers.
